Charles Chukwu: Groom-to-be assassinated few days to wedding in Abakaliki

Mr. Charles Chukwu, a young guy, was reportedly gunned down by a suspected hired assassin in Abakaliki yesterday anaedoonline reports.

His wedding date was set for April 23rd. He is from the Ebony state town of Ikwo.

‘He owned two businesses, one on the street where he sold provisions and the other at the international market in Abakaliki,’ according to his brother. He was killed at one of his stores after he had closed for the evening. He and his wife had shut their business, but as he was getting into his car, several unidentified individuals on a motorcycle raced up to him and shot him twice.’
