Pre-qualification for the Renovation of the Council Secretariat Complex and the Construction of Perimeter Fencing at the Works Department, Otukpo Local Government

1. INTRODUCTION

Otukpo Local Government is committed to enhancing community development, improving infrastructure, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents. As part of these efforts, the Council is undertaking:

• The renovation of the Council Secretariat Complex to improve its functionality, increase its value, and address safety and structural issues.

• The construction of perimeter fencing around the Works Department to ensure the safety of workers, government equipment, and other valuables within the premises.

2. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Interested companies are to submit a comprehensive company profile including the following:

a. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

b. Current Tax Clearance Certificate

c. Current Tax Clearance Certificates of at least two (2) Directors or Proprietors

d. Evidence of registration with the State as a contractor/supplier

e. Audited financial account and funding information for the past three (3) years, endorsed by a firm of Chartered Accountants

f. Evidence of financial capability from a reputable bank

g. Company profile, organogram, and résumés of key technical staff, with copies of professional certifications

h. Verifiable evidence of similar projects executed in the past three (3) years, including letters of award and completion certificates with financial values

i. Description and list of relevant equipment owned or leased, with proof of ownership or lease agreements

j. Any other information that enhances the company’s qualification and capacity

4. COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS

• Interested bidders should collect and submit two (2) hard copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope, clearly marked and addressed to:
