Private video of popular Benue politician leaks online [WATCH]
A prominent politician and Special Adviser to another politician has been taken into custody over allegations of N100 million fraud.
Sources also confirmed that the embattled official is facing interrogation regarding a series of sex scandals involving several married women in Makurdi, the state capital.
It was alleged that the politician routinely lured women to his office under the guise of facilitating contract opportunities and board appointments through a well-known political figure. Reports claim that many of these encounters turned sexual.
The development has sparked outrage across local political and social circles, with calls for a full investigation into the allegations.
