BREAKING: Eric Chelle names Akor Adams, Moses Simon, others in Super Eagles 2025 AFCON squad
The Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, has announced his final 28-man squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, trimming down from an initial 50-man list.
One of the most notable absences is captain William Troost-Ekong, who retired from international football last week. Despite this, vice-captains Wilfred Ndidi and Victor Osimhen have been included.
The deadline for submitting the final squad to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) was December 10.
