BREAKING: Five killed as bomb blast rocks Police checkpoint in Yobe
No fewer than five persons have been killed and several others injured after suspected Boko Haram members attacked a police checkpoint in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital.
It was gathered that the attackers who rode in Highlander SUV, detonated the explosive device on Monday.
Police spokesperson in the state, Tosin Gbadegesin who confirmed the development to news men said details of the incident were being expected.
