Manchester City showcased their strength in the second half, with Jeremy Doku, Bernardo Silva, and Erling Haaland netting crucial goals to overturn an early lead by in-form West Ham.

Despite James Ward-Prowse’s diving header giving the Hammers the initial advantage, Doku’s first goal for City equalized just 43 seconds into the second half.

Silva then capitalized on Julian Alvarez’s precise pass, calmly slotting the ball past Alphonse Areola.

Haaland, though previously missing opportunities, secured City’s lead with a trademark finish.

League leaders City retained their two-point lead over Liverpool at the top of the table, following Liverpool’s victory against Wolves in the early kick-off.

West Ham, on the other hand, slipped to sixth place in the standings.
