Idoma governor: Senator Moro reacts as Abounu picks PDP governorship form

Distinguished Senator Abba Moro, on Friday, accompanied the Benue State Deputy Governor, H.E., Engr. Benson Abuonu, to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Headquarters, Abuja, to pick his nomination forms for governorship from the party secretariat.

Engr. Abuonu is a frontrunner in the race to Benue People’s House, Makurdi, in the 2023 election.

In a chat with newsmen after the brief ceremony, Senator Moro congratulated and commended the Deputy Governor for his boldness and doggedness.

Senator Moro said he was fully committed to the agitation by the people of Benue South for power shift and pledged to continue to lend his voice to the struggle until the dream comes through.

He enjoined aspirants and their supporters from Benue South to go about their campaigns with appeal and persuasion of our brothers and sisters in Zones A and B, devoid of any iota of aggression.
