Trent Alexander-Arnold has officially completed his transfer from Liverpool to Real Madrid, marking the end of his long-standing association with the Premier League club.

This announcement was confirmed by veteran sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, who shared the news on his official X (formerly Twitter) page, saying:
“Trent Alexander-Arnold to Real Madrid, here we go!”

After a season that saw him secure another Premier League title with Liverpool, Alexander-Arnold’s move is now official. Details regarding the transfer include the preparation of documents for a five-year contract with Real Madrid, following a verbal agreement.

In his farewell post, the 26-year-old defender shared an emotional message on social media, stating, “This is easily the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my life.”

Alexander-Arnold, who rose through the ranks of Liverpool’s academy, made 352 appearances for the first team during his illustrious career at Anfield.

His achievements with the club include two Premier League titles, the 2019 Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup titles, as well as two Carabao Cups, one FA Cup, and a Community Shield.
