Ochacho Carnival: See photos of the beautiful lady killed by security personnel on illegal duty in Otukpo

IDOMA VOICE has obtained pictures of one of the persons killed at the ongoing Ochacho Carnival in Otukpo, Benue State.

One of the suspects, Jennifer Robert, otherwise known as Mhiz khalifa, was gunned down by a trigger-happy federal security personnel

She attended Wesley High School, Otukpo and Benue State University, Makurdi.
