Arsenal 2 Crystal Palace 0: Gunners open EPL 2022/23 season with victory

Arsenal Friday night opened the 2022/23 season of English Premier League on a flying note with 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace.

The Gunners went into the match with a high-powered squad led by Gabriel Jesus.

Gabriel Martinelli opened the scoreline in the 20th minute after a perfect set up from Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Marc Guehi sent the ball into his own net in the 8th minute to increase the tally to two.

Arsenal now top the league on day one of the season.
