EXLCLUSIVE: Och’Idoma set to confer chieftaincy titles on Audu Ogbeh, Dickson Akoh, popular Igbo businesman

The traditional ruler of Idoma land and the custodian of Alekwu K’Idoma, HRM, Chief Elias Obekpa, would on 30 of June confer traditional titles of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh.

The royal father would also bestow similar honour on Ambassador Dickson Akoh, the National Commandant of the Peace Corps of Nigeria and another prominent Igbo business man, whose name could not be ascertained at the time of this report.

IDOMA VOICE exclusively gathered that the royal baring any last minute change of mind would confer the Oyachaba K’Idoma on Ambassador Akoh while Chief Ogbeh would bag the title of Ogbogaga K’Idoma.

Our reporter gathered that ace singer, Tuface Idibia was penned for title but confirmed he won’t be available on the said date.

Sources told this reporter that the trio has been contacted and promised to be on ground for the epoch-making ceremony.

According to a palace source, who does not want his name mentioned, the Idoma Traditional Area Council carefully selected the trio for the award following their numerous contribution to the growth of Idoma land and its people.
