Jaywon picks Davido ahead of Wizkid as favourite artiste

Nigerian singer Oluwajuwonlo Iledare, known as Jaywon, has made his choice in the ongoing debate of Wizkid vs. Davido.

He explained that while he has affection for both artists, his connection leans more towards Davido.

The ‘This Year’ crooner said Davido is a very positive person, emphasising that it would be long before the Nigerian music industry will have someone like him again.

On his X handle, Jaywon wrote, “I love Wizkid and I love Davido, but my spirit resonates more around Davido. N**ga is too positive in his ways Aje. E go tey before we go see another David.” [sic].
