Margaret Igbetar: Ortom reacts to murder of retired Benue judge

Samuel Ortom, the former Governor of Benue State, has expressed profound sorrow in response to the tragic murder of Justice Margaret Igbetar, the former President of the Benue State Customary Court of Appeal. The news of her untimely demise has sent shockwaves through the community.

The lifeless body of Justice Igbetar was discovered on Thursday, in a state of decomposition, lying in a pool of blood within her private residence. The residence is situated at No. 1, Wantor Kwange Street, directly opposite the College of Medicine at Benue State University (BSU), Makurdi.

Chief Samuel Ortom, a prominent figure in the state’s political landscape, conveyed his deep sadness at the loss of Justice Igbetar. The former governor’s sentiments echo the sentiment of many who are troubled by the tragic circumstances surrounding the former President’s death.
