Benue State Governor, Hycainth Alia, has sent a stern message to those trying to frustrate his government.
The governor warned that no one has monopoly over the food basket state and, as such, will not dictate what happens under his watch as the state’s number one citizen, IDOMA VOICE reports.
Although the governor did not mention any name, there are indications that he may be referring to some members of the ruling party in the state who have been criticising his policy.
He said, “I want all of us to listen and listen very well. Benue State is the only state you and I have… No body, has a monopoly over Benue State… All of us are the stakeholders of the state. Therefore, no one should intimidate us…”
