on

Tunde Jonathan Owoicho Mark, fondly called Double Chief, your untimely departure from this evil world is sad, painful and devastating to us who have once acquainted with you, to the extent that I can not ink down your tribute comfortably and say goodnight without blurred vision and hallucinations.

You were a gentle man to gentle men,a polymaths of repute who lived a simple, impactful lifestyle that was far apart from the bed of polemic issues.

You distance yourself from pride, affluence and always prepared at all times to alleviate those around you from hardship, penury and squalor.

At every meeting point, helping others was in your front burner and activities full of fun, inspirations, issue based deliberations and sharing of tokens at your disposal to those in ordeal.

Your demise is in tandem with the mystery assertion that good ones are rarely durable and the grave is the richest platform on earth because it harbours best unutilized brains and resources.

Double Chief, your potentials, wisdom and towering integrity were not effectively harness to the fullest before the stings of death took you away.

Your core values were to change the narratives and you always addressed every issues in a raw form without mimicking the truth irrespective of whose ox is gored.

You were quite exceptional in your simple lifestyle, passion for humanity, generosity and selfless services as if it were a decree for people to accept and emulate.

Tunde, your demise is quite unpleasant,a colossal loss and like a bitter capsules that must be swallowed with eyes closed as you have left a huge vacuum and precedence that will be too tasking to fill.

My heart bleeds for your mysterious exit especially now that your wealth of experienced is needed to revamp the mishaped in the country. We take solace in the facts that you lived a strong legacy on the sand of time and may God give us the grace to accept what’s unchangeable.

Adieu, the winsome leader, we shall surely miss your prowess.
