Why Kizz Daniel did not perform at World Cup opening ceremony
Facts have emerged on why Nigerian music star, Kizz Daniel did to perform at the opening ceremony of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
It was widely reported that Kizz Daniel would be performing at the mundial opening ceremony.
Kizz Daniel had confirmed he would be performing at the tournament. In a tweet, the singer called for prayers from fans ahead of the event.
However, at the opening ceremony, it was Jeon Jung-kook, known mononymously as Jungkook, a South Korean pop singer who performed alongside Qatari singer, Al-Kabaisi who performed Dreamer, the official song of the 2022 World Cup.
Findings by IDOMA VOICE showed that the Buga singer was not billed to perform today.
He will only perform on Wednesday, November 23.
