Oshoala, Ajibade, Nnadozie, others may miss Super Falcons’ big matches (see why)
Super Falcons’ star attacker, Asisat Oshoala, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Rasheedat Ajibade, Adule Charity and Tochukwu Oluehi, may miss out of the Nigeria Senior women’s two-match tour of Morocco and an invitational tournament in Turkey.
The players may miss matches which clash with with their club engagement.
” I’m not sure if my club will release me for the games, and don’t forget the COVID-19 issue,” The Punch quoted one of the players based in Spain who spoke on condition of anonymity as saying.
The Falcons’ two-match tour of Morocco will be held later in the month, while the 2021 Turkish Women’s Cup is scheduled to be held from February 15 to 25 in Antalya.
The tournaments was approved by the Nigerian Football Federation last December.
