We’ll 200,000 votes for Gov Alia across Enone in 2027 – House of Reps hopeful, Simon Ali
Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant for the Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency seat, Prince Simon Ali, has pledged to mobilise no fewer than 200,000 votes for Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia across the Enone Federal Constituency.
Ali made the declaration during a solidarity rally and town hall meeting held on February 28, 2026, where stakeholders from Ichama Ward 1 and Ward 2 unanimously endorsed Governor Alia and his deputy, Barr. Sam Ode, Mni, for re-election in 2027. The gathering also formally adopted Ali as the APC standard-bearer for the House of Representatives seat.
Addressing party faithful, Ali called on sons and daughters of Ichama to unite and rally behind his aspiration, assuring that the constituency would deliver massive support for the governor and his deputy at the polls.
The rally witnessed broad participation from key stakeholders, including ward chairmen, local government executives, the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Ichama branch, the Farmers Association, the Okada Union, and the Market Women Association.
Speakers at the event described the endorsement as a vote of confidence in Governor Alia’s administration, noting that the mobilisation drive would further strengthen grassroots support for the APC across Enone ahead of 2027.
