Bishop Oyedepo reveals what he told kidnappers on phone when they abducted his pastor

David Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, has narrated how a kidnapped pastor of the church regained freedom after he personally spoke with the abductors.

Speaking during a sermon captured in a viral video, Oyedepo said the incident occurred when kidnappers contacted the church to demand ransom. According to him, he took over the call and warned the abductors to release the victim within 24 hours.

He explained that shortly after the exchange, the pastor was freed, describing the outcome as immediate and decisive.

The cleric further encouraged members to share his phone number with abductors in the event of kidnapping, expressing confidence in what he described as divine backing.

Oyedepo also recounted a separate incident involving a female church member who was abducted but later released. He said the woman declared to her captors that she would regain her freedom by a set time, after which she was eventually freed.
