BREAKING: Suspected herdsmen attack Tiv community in Nasarawa, kill village head, abduct residents

Suspected herdsmen launched a deadly attack on Sunday night on Tse Yange, a Tiv-majority village in Obi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.

During the raid, the attackers reportedly killed the village head and abducted several residents.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that the assailants stormed the agrarian community on motorbikes under the cover of darkness, unleashing chaos and destruction.

A local source said the assault continued into the early hours of Monday, leaving many residents injured and forcing others to flee their homes.
